Shipping Charges and Tax
Prices shown on our website or in-store do not include sales tax or shipping and handling charges. As ARTGUL DOLLAR SELLS operates with a pick-up only model, you will need to visit our store to collect your purchased items. Sales tax and any other applicable taxes will be collected and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of purchase.

Upon picking up your items, please inspect them carefully for any signs of damage. ARTGUL DOLLAR SELLS is not responsible for any damages that may occur after the items leave our store. Return Policy
Returns are permitted within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item is unused and in its original packaging. Electrical parts are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. To initiate a return, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number from ARTGUL DOLLAR SELLS. Returns without prior authorization will be refused and will be at your expense.
There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns, which will be deducted from your refund. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return, if applicable. Please note that refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Returned items must be sent using a trackable shipping service such as UPS or FedEx, and insurance should be included to cover any potential loss or damage during transit. ARTGUL DOLLAR SELLS is not responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping.
Special Orders
Please be aware that all Special Orders are final sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there was an error in the shipment. If you have any concerns or believe there was a mistake with your Special Order, please contact us promptly for resolution.
