ARTGUL Dollar Sells is a wholesale distributor offering products in case, pallet, and bulk quantities. Due to the size and nature of wholesale orders, shipping is handled via freight carriers or local pickup.

Order Processing Time

​

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed

  • Processing times may vary based on inventory availability, order size, or volume

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays

Once an order is processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping Methods

ARTGUL Dollar Sells offers the following fulfillment options:

Freight Shipping

​

  • Large orders, cases, pallets, and bulk quantities ship via freight carriers

  • Freight rates are calculated based on:

    • Weight and dimensions

    • Delivery location

    • Pallet quantity

  • Freight delivery is curbside only, unless otherwise arranged

Local Pickup

​

  • Local pickup may be available by appointment

  • Pickup details will be provided after order confirmation

  • Buyers are responsible for providing appropriate vehicles and equipment for pallet pickup

Shipping Costs

​

  • Shipping costs are not included in product prices unless stated otherwise

  • Buyers are responsible for all shipping and freight charges

  • Any additional carrier fees (limited access, liftgate, residential delivery, re-delivery) are the buyer’s responsibility

Delivery Timeframes

​

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed

  • Freight deliveries may take 3–10 business days, depending on destination

  • ARTGUL Dollar Sells is not responsible for carrier delays, weather conditions, or logistical disruptions

Delivery Requirements & Responsibility

​

Buyers must ensure:

  • Accurate shipping information at checkout

  • Proper access for freight delivery

  • Availability to receive shipments during carrier delivery windows

Failed or refused deliveries may result in:

  • Additional carrier fees

  • Storage charges

  • Return-to-sender fees

These costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Risk of Loss

​

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the buyer once:

  • The order is picked up by the carrier, or

  • The buyer collects the order via local pickup

ARTGUL Dollar Sells is not responsible for loss or damage occurring after carrier pickup.

Damaged Shipments

​

If a shipment arrives damaged:

  1. Inspect the shipment upon delivery

  2. Note visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing

  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  4. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Photos of damaged items and packaging

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may void eligibility for a claim.

Incorrect or Missing Items

​

If items are missing or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide order details and supporting photos

We will review and resolve approved claims accordingly.

International Shipping

​

ARTGUL Dollar Sells currently ships within the United States only, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Shipping Restrictions

​

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit shipping destinations

  • Refuse shipments to locations that cannot accommodate freight deliveries

  • Cancel orders due to logistical constraints or carrier limitations
